استهدف البحث التعرف على معوقات تطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس بدولة الكويت وكيفية التغلب عليه، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (218) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة حولي التعليمية بدولة الكويت. وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك موافقة إلى حد ما على المعوقات المتعلقة بتطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس بدولة الكويت متوسطة. كما توصلت إلى الموافقة على الآليات المتعلقة بالتغلب على معوقات تطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس بدولة الكويت. The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the development of the administrative performance of the school principals in Kuwait and how to overcome it. The descriptive method was used. The sample consisted of (218) teachers and teachers of the secondary stage in Hawalli Educational Region in Kuwait. The questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering information. The results of the study indicate that there is some agreement on the obstacles related to the development of the administrative performance of the school principals in the State of Kuwait. It also reached the approval of the mechanisms related to overcoming the obstacles to developing the administrative performance of the school principals in Kuwait. (Published abstract)
