هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الكفايات الإدارية لمديري مدارس التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت، لوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير هذه الكفايات، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة قدرها (120) مديراً ومديراً مساعداً ورؤساء أقسام. وتوصلت إلى أن واقع مستوى توافر الكفايات الإدارية لمديري مدارس التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت جاءت بمتوسط حسابي (2.37)، وانحراف معياري (0.694)، وبناء عليه وضعت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً لتطوير هذه الكفايات. The objective of the research was to identify the reality of the administrative competencies of the directors of the special education schools in the State of Kuwait to develop a proposed framework for the development of these competencies. The research used the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 120 managers, assistant managers and heads of departments. The results showed that the level of availability of administrative competencies for directors of special education schools in the State of Kuwait came at an average of 2.37 and a standard deviation of (0.694). Accordingly, the study presented a proposed framework for the development of these competencies. (Published abstract)
