هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف أثر استخدام التكامل الحسي في تنمية مهارات الانتباه والإدراك للأطفال ضعاف السمع ذوي زراعة القوقعة الإلكترونية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (20) معلم مؤهلين للأطفال ضعاف السمع ذوي زراعة القوقعة الإلكترونية بمدينة الطائف في السعودية، تم توزيعهم إلى مجموعتين بواقع (10) في كل مجموعة: المجموعة التجريبية تعرضت لاستخدام التكامل الحسي، والمجموعة الضابطة التي لم تتعرض لاستخدام التكامل الحسي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم مقياس من إعداد الباحث. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى مهارات الانتباه والإدراك للأطفال ضعاف السمع ذوي زراعة القوقعة الإلكترونية جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى مهارات الانتباه والإدراك ككل للأطفال ضعاف السمع ذوي زراعة القوقعة الإلكترونية في القياس القبلي ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين المجموعتين (التجريبية، الضابطة) في القياس البعدي لمستوى كل من مهارة الانتباه ومهارة الإدراك للأطفال ضعاف السمع ذوي زراعة القوقعة الإلكترونية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى مهارات الانتباه والإدراك ككل للأطفال ضعاف السمع ذوي زراعة القوقعة الإلكترونية في القياس البعدي تبعاً لمتغير المجموعة. This study aimed to identify the effect of using sensory integration in the development of attention and perception skills for hearing impaired children with cochlear implants. The study was based on a quasi- experimental approach. The study sample consisted of (20) qualified teachers for hearing impaired children with electronic cochlear implants in the city of Taif in Saudi Arabia, distributed to two groups by (10) teachers in each group: the experimental group was exposed to the use of sensory integration, and the control group was not exposed to the use of Sensory integration. To achieve the objectives of the study was designed a scale prepared by the researcher. The results showed that the level of attention and awareness skills for children with hearing impairment with e-cochlear implantation came at a moderate degree, and there were no statistically significant differences in the level of attention and awareness skills as a whole for children with hearing impairment with electronic cochlear implant in the pre-measurement and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the two groups (experimental, control) in the dimensional measurement of the level of both the attention skill and the cognitive skill of children with hearing impairment with cochlear implant, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of attention and cognition skills as a whole for children with hearing impairment y Cochlear implants are used for post-measurement according to the group variable.
