هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على مهارات التعليم الريادي، في تحسين مهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي ومهارات اتخاذ القرار والتوجه نحو ريادة الأعمال لدى طلاب الدبلوم الخاص بالدراسات العليا بكلية التربية، وللتحقق من ذلك تم تصميم برنامج فى ضوء مهارات التعليم الريادي، مقياس التفكير الاستراتيجي (إعدادPisapia, Morris, Cavenaugh & Ellington, 2011) وبناء كلا من مقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار، ومقياس التوجه نحو ريادة الأعمال، وتكونت عينة البحث من 50 طالب وطالبة من طلاب الدبلوم الخاص بالدراسات العليا، وقد تم تطبيق جميع المقاييس الثلاثة (التفكير الاستراتيجي ومقياس مهارات اتخاذ القرار ومقياس الاتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال قبل وبعد تدريس البرنامج المقترح، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث باستخدام اختبار "ت" لعينتين مرتبطتين، عن فاعلية البرنامج المقترح ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في كلا من مهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي، ومهارات اتخاذ القرار والتوجه نحو ريادة الأعمال، لصالح التطبيق البعدي. The objective of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on entrepreneurship education Skills, in improving strategic thinking skills, decision-making skills and the direction towards entrepreneurship among graduate diploma students at the Faculty of Education, and to verify this, the program was designed in the light of entrepreneurship education skills, strategic thinking scale preparation (Pisapia, Morris, Cavanaugh & Ellington, 2011) and building both scales decision-making skills and the orientation towards entrepreneurship scale. The research was applied to the sample of 50 students of the diploma for graduate studies, and all three criteria (strategic thinking scale, decision-making scales and orientation towards entrepreneurship before and after the teaching of the proposed program) were applied. The results of the research, using the T-test, resulted in the effectiveness of the proposed program and the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post applications in both strategic thinking skills, decision-making skills and the orientation towards entrepreneurship, in favor of the post application.
