هدف البحث إلى تعرف الإطار المفاهيمي والتشريعي لحروب الجيل الرابع، والأسس الفلسية التي تستند إليها تلك الحروب، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعة في مواجهتها وتعزيز الوعي بمخاطرها لدى الطلاب. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لرصد واقع دور الجامعة في مواجهة مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع لدى الطلاب، وتم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من الطلاب الجدد والقدامي قوامها (658) طالب وطالبة بمختلف الكليات العملية والنظرية بجامعة المنيا. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث ضعف الدور الذي تؤديه الجامعة في مواجهة مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع لدى الطلاب، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب الجدد والقدامي حول واقع دور الجامعة في مواجهة حروب الجيل الرابع. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث ضعف الدور الذي تؤديه الجامعة في مواجهة مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع لدى الطلاب، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب الجدد والقدامي حول واقع دور الجامعة في مواجهة حروب الجيل الرابع. The aim of the research is to know the conceptual and legislative framework for fourth generation wars, and the philosophical (intellectual / ideological) foundations upon which those wars are based, and to develop a proposed vision to activate the university’s role in facing them and to enhance awareness of its dangers among students. The research used the descriptive approach, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to monitor the reality of the university’s role in facing the dangers of fourth-generation wars among students, and it was applied to a random sample of new and old students consisting of (658) students in various practical and theoretical colleges at Minia University. The results of the research showed the weak role that the university plays in facing the dangers of fourth-generation wars among students. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between new and old students about the reality of the university’s role in facing fourth generation wars.
