هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أسباب تدني مستوى المخرجات التعليمية ومظاهر ذلك التدني الناتج عن المدرسة وما يتصل بها، انطلاقا من تساؤل الدراسة: كيف تسببت المدرسة في تدني مستوى المخرجات التعليمية؟ وقد تفرعت عنه الأسئلة التالية: ما مظاهر تدني مستوى المخرجات التعليمية؟ ما دور المعلم في تدني مستوى المخرجات التعليمية؟ ما دور الإدارة المدرسية في تدني مستوى المخرجات التعليمية؟ ما دور اللائحة التعليمية العامة في تدني مستوى المخرجات التعليمية؟ وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من خريجي المدارس بدولة الكويت بلغ عددها ٧٢ شخصا، وقد استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة لقياس مظاهر المشكلة وأسبابها، ، وأثبتت الدراسة وجود مظاهر لتلك المشكلة، وثلاث مصادر لها وهي: المعلم والإدارة المدرسية واللائحة التعليمية العامة. This study aimed to investigate the manifestations and the reasons for the low level of the educational outputs, which is caused by the school and what is related to it. The main question in this study is: how did the school cause the low level of the educational outputs? The branches for this question are: what are the manifestations of the low level of the educational outputs? What is the role of the teacher, the school administration and the Educational regulation in the low level of the educational outputs? A questionnaire in the study was applied to a random sample consisted of (72) school graduates in Kuwait. The study showed that there are manifestations for this problem and three resources for the problem which are: the teacher, school administration and the educational regulation. (Author’s abstract)
