استهدف البحث التعرف على واقع التطوير المنظمي في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (263) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة (الفروانية) التعليمية بدولة الكويت، وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التطوير المنظمي في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين يعد متوسطا، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر متغير المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات المتعلقة بالتطوير التنظيمي، ووجود فروق فيما يتعلق بسنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة من 5- أقل من 10 سنوات وأكثر من 10 سنوات مقارنة بسنوات الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات. The research aimed to identify the reality of organizational development in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait from the teachers' point of view, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The sample of the study consisted of (263) middle school teachers in Al-Farwaniyah educational district in the State of Kuwait, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect Information, the results of the study concluded that the organizational development in the intermediate stage schools in the State of Kuwait From the teachers' point of view is average. The results also found that there were no differences due to the variable of the academic qualification in all areas related to organizational development, and that there were differences with regard to years of experience in the direction of years of experience from 5 years - less than 10 years, and years of experience more than 10 years compared to years of experience less than 5 years.
