هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور معلمة قسم الطفولة المبكرة في استخدام الأنشطة اللاصفية لتعزيز القيم والهوية الوطنية لطفل الروضة في ضوء رؤية 2030، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (226) معلمة من معلمات قسم الطفولة المبكرة في المناطق (الشمالية، والجنوبية، والغربية، والشرقية) في السعودية، تم توزيع استبانة عليهن لجمع البيانات بعد التحقق من مؤشرات صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن دور معلمة قسم الطفولة المبكرة في استخدام الأنشطة اللاصفية لتعزيز القيم والهوية الوطنية لطفل الروضة في ضوء رؤية 2030م جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور معلمة قسم الطفولة المبكرة في استخدام الأنشطة اللاصفية لتعزيز القيم والهوية الوطنية لطفل الروضة في ضوء رؤية 2030م تبعاً لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. This study aimed to identify the role of the teacher of the early childhood department in using extra-curricular activities to enhance the values and national identity of the kindergarten child in light of Vision 2030. It relied on the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (226) female teachers from the Early Childhood Department in the regions (Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern) in Saudi Arabia, and a questionnaire was distributed to them to collect data after verifying their validity and reliability indicators. The results showed that the role of the teacher of the early childhood department in using extra-curricular activities to enhance the national values and identity of the kindergarten child in light of the vision of 2030 came at a high degree, and the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of the early childhood department teacher in the use of extra-curricular activities to enhance the national values and identity of the kindergarten child In light of the 2030 vision, according to the variables of the educational qualification and experience.
