هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت للقيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (385) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة (الفروانية) التعليمية بدولة الكويت، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت للقيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر المعلمين مرتفعة. كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت للقيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في ضوء متغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة. The research aimed to identify the practice of middle school principals in the State of Kuwait for participatory leadership from the point of view of teachers. The descriptive and analytical approach was used. the research sample consisted of (385) middle school teachers in the (Farwaniya) educational area in the State of Kuwait. The questionnaire was used as a tool. To collect information, the results of the study concluded that the degree of practice of middle school principals in the State of Kuwait for participatory leadership from the point of view of teachers is high. It also found that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the degree of the practice of middle school principals in the State of Kuwait for participatory leadership from the point of view of teachers in light of the variables of sex and years of experience.
