هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة التميز لدى قادة المدارس في محافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر المعلمين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة مكونة من (422) معلماً ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة التميز لدى قادة المدارس في محافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة التميز تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، ولأثر متغير الخبرة لصالح أكثر من 10 سنوات، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة التميز تعزى لأثر متغير المؤهل العلمي ولأثر متغير مستوى المدرسة. The study aimed to identify the degree of applying of excellence management standards among school leaders in Taif governorate from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used by applying a questionnaire to a sample of (422) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of applying of excellence management standards among school leaders in Taif governorate from the teachers’ point of view was moderate. There were statistically significant differences in the degree of applying of excellence management standards due to the impact of the gender variable, in favor of females, and the impact of the experience variable, in favor of more than 10 years. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of applying of excellence management standards due to the impact of the educational qualification variable, and the impact of the school level variable.
