استهدف البحث التعرف على ممارسات الشفافية الإدارية في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (292) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة (الفروانية) التعليمية بدولة الكويت، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن ممارسات الشفافية الإدارية في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين مرتفعة. كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول ممارسات الشفافية الإدارية في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين في ضوء متغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة. The research aimed to identify the practices of administrative transparency in intermediate school in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers. the descriptive analytical approach was used. the research sample consisted of (292) middle school teachers in the (Farwaniya) educational area in the State of Kuwait. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect Information, and the results of the study concluded that the practices of administrative transparency in intermediate school in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers are high. It also found that there were no statistically significant differences regarding the practices of administrative transparency in intermediate school in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers in light of the gender variables and years of experience.
