هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن واقع الأداء المؤسسي بمدارس التعليم العام بدولة الكويت في ضوء بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة قدرها (780) من مديري المدارس والمشرفين التربوين والمعلمين، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية لأبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ككل بلغ (3.01)، وانحراف معياري (3.59)، مما يعني أن واقع الأداء المؤسسي بمدارس التعليم العام بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمشرفين التربويين والمعلمين جاء بمستوى متوسط، كما يتضح أن جميع أبعاد الاستبيان جاءت بمستوى متوسط، وأن البعد المجتمعي جاء في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.30)، وبعد التعلم والنمو جاء في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (3.16)، وبعد العمليات الداخلية جاء في المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.09)، يليه بعد رضا العملاء في المرتبة الرابعة بمتوسط حسابي (2.89)، وأخيراً جاء في المرتبة الخامسة البعد المالي بمتوسط حسابي (2.61)، ثم وضع البحث في ضوء هذه النتائج مجموعة من التوصيات لتقويم وتطوير الأداء المؤسسي لمدارس التعليم بدولة الكويت. The current research aimed to reveal the reality of institutional performance in public education schools in the State of Kuwait in light of the Balanced Scorecard, and the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (780) of school principals, educational supervisors and teachers, and the results concluded that the arithmetic average of the total score of the dimensions of the scorecard. The balance as a whole reached (3.01), and a standard deviation (3.59), which means that the reality of institutional performance in public education schools in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of school principals, educational supervisors and teachers came at an average level, and it is clear that all dimensions of the questionnaire came at a medium level, and that the societal dimension came in the first place with an arithmetic mean (3.30), and after learning and growth it came in second place with an arithmetic mean (3.16), and after internal operations it came in third place with an arithmetic mean (3.09), It is followed by the customer satisfaction dimension in the fourth place with an arithmetic mean (2.89), and finally the financial dimension came in the fifth place with an arithmetic mean (2.61), then the research was placed in light of these results in aggregate a number of recommendations to evaluate and develop the institutional performance of schools of education in the State of Kuwait.
