هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين المساندة الإجتماعية والتفكير في الانتحار لدى طلبة الجامعات في محافظة غزة، وكذلك التعرف إلى مستوى المساندة الإجتماعية والتفكير الانتحاري، بجانب أن معرفة الفروق في مستوى المساندة الإجتماعية والتفكير الانتحاري تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، والجامعة، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت العينة من (378) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة جامعة الأزهر - غزة، وجامعة القدس المفتوحة، وجامعة الأقصى، بغزة. وتم استخدام مقياسي: المساندة الإجتماعية إعداد (محمد المصري، 2019)، والتفكير الانتحاري. إعداد (محمد المصري، 2018). وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباط سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المساندة الإجتماعية والتفكير الانتحاري. وبلغ مستوى المساندة الإجتماعية 72%؛ ومستوى التفكير الانتحاري 39.93%. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التفكير الانتحاري لدى الطلاب تعزى لمستوى المساندة الإجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المساندة الإجتماعية تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي، ولم يكن هناك فرقٌ دال إحصائياً في مستوى التفكير الانتحاري لدى الطلبة بسبب نوع الجامعة. The study aimed at examining the relation between social support and suicidal thinking among University Students in the Gaza Governorate and also to identify the levels of Social Support and suicidal thinking, this is beside examining the differences in the level of social support and suicidal thinking due to a number of variables includes sex, and university the deceptive analytical method was adopted, the sample was formed of (378), students Among the students of Al-Azhar University in Gaza, Al-Quds Open University, and Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. 2 scales were used, social support (Prepared by Mohamed Al-Masry, 2019), and suicidal thinking Prepared by (Mohamed Al-Masry, 2018). The study outcome revealed that there was statistician significant negative correlation between social support and suicidal thinking; the level of social support was 72%; the level of suicidal thinking 39.93%. Also the research outcome revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of suicidal thinking among students due to the level of social support, in addition there was statistically significant difference in the level of social support due to sxt, there was no statistician significant difference in the level of suicidal thinking among student due to type of university.
