تركز موضوع البحث على العروض الرياضة لما لها من دور كبير في نشر وإظهار ثقافة البلدان وتاريخها وتراثها وأهميتها في المهرجانات المدرسية، لأن من خلالها يمكن الكشف عن الكثير من المواهب والإمكانيات التي يظهرها الطلبة والتي تضيف البهجة والسرور سواء عليهم أو على المتلقيين. ولاحظ الباحث ضعف أو قلة الاهتمام بالعروض الرياضية وتوفير ما تحتاجه من مستلزمات وأدوات، وأن هدف البحث هو تقييم واقع تنظيم العروض الرياضية. وافترض الباحث وجود دور كبير للإدارات سواء في مديرية التربية أو المدارس أو أقسام النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي سواء كان تأثير سلبي أو إيجابي، وتكونت عينة البحث من المعلمين في المدارس التابعة لقسم مديرية تربية الناصرية التي تشارك في العروض الرياضية وكان عددهم (30) معلما، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح كونه المنهج الملائم لمشكلة البحث، وتم الوصول لنتائج وكان منها: وجود عدد قليل من الكوادر المتخصصة بالعروض الرياضية وقلة الاهتمام من قبل الإدارات العليا، ويوصي الباحث بإشراك معلمي الرياضة وكل من يعمل في الجانب الرياضي على مستوى المدارس في دورات تطويرية مكثفة ومستمرة لكي نصنع مختصين بأعداد تساهم في نشر هذا النوع من الرياضة. The subject of the research focused on sports shows because of its great role in disseminating and showing the culture, history, heritage and importance of countries in school festivals, because it is through them that many talents and possibilities that students can demonstrate that add joy and happiness can be revealed both to them and to the recipients. The researcher observed the weakness or lack of interest in sports shows and providing what they need of supplies and tools. The research aims to evaluate the reality of organizing sports shows. The researcher hypothesized that there is a big role for the departments, whether in the Directorate of Education, schools, or the departments of sporting and school activity, whether it was a negative or positive effect. The descriptive approach to the survey method being the appropriate approach to the research problem, and results were reached, including: The presence of a small number of staff specialized in sports shows and lack of interest by higher departments. The researcher recommends the involvement of sports teachers and everyone working in the sports side at the school level in developmental intensive and continuous courses in order to make specialists numbers contribute to disseminate this type of sports.
