هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التأمل الذاتي، في تنمية بعض المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي، التصميم شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة، وطبق الباحث الدراسة على 13 معلما لمادة الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة بمكتب التعليم بمحافظتي المسارحة والحرث بإدارة تعليم جازان في الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 1438-1439هـ، حيث قيس أداؤهم القبلي والبعدي ببطاقة ملاحظة لمهارات التدريس (التهيئة والتعلم المتمركز حول المتعلم واستخدام ودمج التقنية في التعليم)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي أداء معلمي الرياضيات في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة ولصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لدى عينة الدراسة. The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of the training program based on self-reflection in the development of some teaching skills among middle school mathematics teachers, the researcher used the experimental approach, of quasi- experimental design, of single group, the researcher applied the study on 13 teachers of mathematics in the intermediate stage of Al-Masarha and Al-Hurath in Jazan directorate of education in the second semester of the academic year 1438-1439 AH. The pre- and post-performance was measured by observation card of teaching skills (warm up, learner centered learning, and use of integration technology in instructional), the study showed the following finds: there were statistically significant differences between the mean performance of the mathematics teachers in the measures of the pre and posttest observation card for post application. The finds of the study also showed the effectiveness of the training program in the development of skills teaching. (Published abstract)
