يهدف البحث الحالي تعرف على: 1) سلوك التملق لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2) الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في سلوك التملق لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور، إناث) والتخصص (علمي، إنساني). ويتحدد البحث الحالي بطلبة جامعة بغداد من كلا الجنسين (ذكور، إناث) ولكلا التخصصين (علمي، أنساني) للعام الدراسي (2019-2020). وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس سلوك التملق مكون بصورته النهائية من (32) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة أساليب، وقد استخرجت الباحثه للمقياس الصدق والثبات وقد قامت الباحثه بتطبيق المقياسين على عينة البحث البالغة (459) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة جامعة بغداد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية من مجتمع البحث بنسبة (1%) موزعين علي (12 ) كلية من التخصص العلمي والإنساني ولكلا الجنسين بواقع (229) من الذكور و (230) من الإناث، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) إن طلبة الجامعة ليس لديهم سلوك تملق. 2) أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق داله إحصائيا ولصالح الذكور أكثر من الإناث على وفق متغير الجنس ووجود فروق داله إحصائيا ولصالح التخصص الإنساني على وفق متغير التخصص. The current study aims to find out the ingratiating behavior of university students, as well as to identify the differences of statistical significance in the ingratiating behavior among university students according to the variables of gender and specialization. The current study was limited to the University of Baghdad students for both majors (scientific and humanities) for the academic year (2019-2020). In order to achieve the researcher's objectives, an ingratiating behavior scale has been constructed, It consisted of (32) items divided into four behaviors. The researcher has extracted scale validity and reliability. The scale was administered to (230) female students and (229) male students form the study sample out of the research population at a rate of (1%). The sample was collected out of (12) faculties. The research results showed that University students do have not ingratiating behavior. There are statistically significant differences in favor of males more than females according to the gender variable. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in favor of human specialization according to the specialization variable. (Published abstract)
