يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مهارات الثقافة البصرية لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة ابن الهيثم. وللتحقق من ذلك صيغت الأهداف الآتية: 1) التعرف على مهارات الثقافة البصرية لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة ابن الهيثم. 2) التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في مهارات الثقافة البصرية لطلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة ابن الهيثم تبعا لمتغير الجنس. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، لملاءمته لطبيعة أهدف البحث. وللتحقق من ذلك بني اختبار مهارات الثقافة البصرية تكون من (22) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من المتعدد، حيث طبقت معادلة (كيودر ريتشاردسون 20) لحساب ثبات اختبارمهارات الثقافة البصرية، فكانت قيمة معامل الثبات لمهارة قراءة الصور البصرية (0,83) وقيمة معامل الثبات لمهارة كتابة الصور (0,85) أما معامل ثبات اختبار مهارات الثقافة البصرية ككل بلغت قيمته (0,84). وتم تطبيق الاختبار على العينة الاساسية للبحث والبالغة (150) طالب، بواقع (86) إناث و(64) ذكور من مجتمع البحث الكلي والبالغ (252) طالب. وبعد تحليل نتائج البحث إحصائيا وبأستخدام: (الاختبار التائي t–test) لعينتين مستقلتين، معادلة كوبر، معادلة معامل الصعوبة، معادلة معامل التمييز، فعالية البدائل الخاطئة، معامل إرتباط بيرسون، معادلة كيودور وريتشاردسون (20)، معادلة ألفاكرونباخ، معال ارتباط بوينت بايسريال. وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1) إن مستوى أداء طلبة المرحلة الرابعة – قسم الكيمياء في كلية التربية ابن الهيثم كان منخفضا إلى متوسط في اختبار مهارات الثقافة البصرية. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس في اختبار مهارات الثقافة البصرية والتفكير التخيلي. The current research aims to identify the visual culture skills of students of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Ibn Al-Haytham. To verify this, the following objectives were formulated: 1) Identifying the visual culture skills of students of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Ibn Al-Haytham. 2) Identifying the statistically significant differences in the visual culture skills of students of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Ibn AlHaytham according to the gender variable. The descriptive approach was used, due to its relevance to the nature of the research objective. To verify this, the visual culture skills test consisted of (22) items of the multiple-choice type, where the (Koder Richardson 20) equation was applied to calculate the stability of the visual culture skills test. For the skill of writing pictures (0.85), while the coefficient of stability of the visual culture skills tests as a whole, its value was (0.84). The total sample is (252) students. The data were analyzed statistically treated using: t-test for two independent samples, Cooper's equation, the equation of difficulty factor, the equation of the coefficient of discrimination, the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the Kiodor and Richardson equation (20), the Alpha-Cronbach equation, the parameter point binary link. The results showed that the performance level of the fourth stage students was low to average in the visual culture skills test. There are no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in the test of visual culture skills and imaginative thinking. (Published abstract)
