يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن الذات المهنية والمناخ المدرسي لدى المرشدين التربويين. وتتبلور إشكالية البحث في الآتي: 1) التعرف على مستوى الذات المهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2) التعرف على مستوى المناخ المدرسي لدى المرشدين التربويين. 3) هل هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا في الذات المهنية والمناخ المدرسي بين المرشدين التربويين باختلاف النوع (ذكور - إناث)؟. 4) هل هناك علاقة بين الذات المهنية والمناخ المدرسي لدى أفراد عينة البحث؟ للإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات أجري البحث على المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الثانوية في قضاء الفلوجة للعام الدراسي (2019-2020)، وتم بناء مقياس للذات المهنية وبناء مقياس لمعرفة مستوى المناخ المدرسي موجهة إلى عينة المرشدين البالغة (120) مرشدا ومرشده وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) وجود ذات مهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذات المهنية تعود لمتغير النوع لصالح المرشدين من الذكور. 3) وجود شعور إيجابي بالمناخ المدرسي لدى المرشدين التربويين. 4) وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الذات المهنية والمناخ المدرسي. The research aims to identify the professional level of the educational counselors, the level of the school climate with the educational counselors. Furthermore, the study aims to identify if there are statistically significant differences in the professional self and the school climate between the educational counselors of different gender (male - female) and if there is a relationship between the professional self and the school climate of the research sample. Two scales were designed to measure the level of the school climate and the professional self, which were administered to the sample of (120) educational counselors in secondary schools in the district of Fallujah for the academic year (2019-2020). The results revealed that educational counselors have professionalism; there are statistically significant differences in the professional-self due to the gender in favor of the male counselors; there is a positive feeling in the school climate among educational counselors. Finally, there is a statistically significant relationship between the professional-self and the school climate. (Published abstract)
