يهدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن مستوى رضا المرشدين عن تقييم أدائهم بحسب الجنس (ذكور – إناث) وصياغة المعادلة التنبئية لمستوى الأداء (متغير تابع) من معرفة مستوى رضاه عن التقييم (متغبر مستقل)، ولتحقيق الأهداف استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الرضا عن التقييم والذي تكون من (16 فقرة) يحتوي على بدائل الإجابة تقيس مستوى الرضا (ضعيف، متوسط، عالي) (1،2،3) أي بمتوسط فرضي مقداره (32)، تم التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس، واستمارة تقييم الأداء السنوي للمرشدين التربويين، كانت عينة البحث متكونة من 100 مرشد تربوي بواقع 45 من الذكور و55 من الإناث، توصلت نتائج البحث أن مستوى الرضا عن الأداء هو دون الوسط عند مقارنته مع المتوسط الفرضي لمقياس الرضا عن التقييم، أن متغير الجنس غير مؤثر في مستوى الرضا عن التقييم. The current research aims to reveal the level of satisfaction of the Counselors with the evaluation of their performance according to gender, and to formulate the predictive equation for the level of performance through knowing the level of satisfaction with the evaluation. 16 paragraphs contains alternatives that measure the level of satisfaction (weak, medium, and high) (1, 2, 3), that is, with a hypothetical average of (32). The study sample consisted of (100) educational counselors included (45) males and (55) females. The results concluded that the level of satisfaction with performance is below the mean when compared with the hypothetical average of the scale of satisfaction with evaluation, that the gender variable does not affect the level of satisfaction with the evaluation.
