تكمن مشكلة البحث في الحاجة للوقوف على معوقات والصعوبات التي تواجه المرأة في الوصول الى المواقع القيادية في جامعتي الأنبار والفلوجة من وجهة نظرهن وتأتي أهمية البحث من أهمية الدور الذي تقوم به المرأة في الجامعة ودورها الحيوي في تطوير المجتمع، وقد تلخصت أهداف البحث في معرفة أهم المعوقات التي تواجه المرأة في الوصول إلى المواقع القيادية في الوسط الجامعي والوزن النسبي لهذه المعوقات فضلا عن محاولة معرفة الفروق في نظرتهن لهذه المعوقات وفقا لمتغيرات التخصص (علمي، إنساني) واللقب العلمي (أستاذ، أستاذ مساعد، مدرس، مدرس مساعد) وقد تحددت الباحثتان بعينة من تدريسيات الجامعتين عددهن 144 للسنة الدراسية 2019 وقد حددت المصطلحات الخاصة وعرضت الأدبيات بالجانب النظري ذات العلاقة بالموضوع فضلا عن التطرق لمجموعة من الدراسات السابقة المحلية والعربية والأجنبية، واتبعت مجموعة من الإجراءات تمثلت باختبار عينة عشوائية بسيطة ومن ثم بناء أداة خاصة بالبحث بواسطة الاطلاع على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة وفضلا عن السؤال المفتوح تكونت بصيغتها النهائية من 24 فقرة أو مشكلة موزعة على 5 مجالات هي المعوقات التنظيمية والعلمية والأسرية والمادية والشخصية، واستخرج الصدق الظاهري والصدق المنطقي للأداة وأظهرت النتائج أن المعوقات تزداد حدة كلما تعلق الأمر بالجانب التنظيمي والعلمي والأسري والمادي فضلا عن النتائج أخرى تفصيلية تتعلق بالفروق في هذه المعوقات تبعا لمتغيري التخصص واللقب العلمي وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The research problem lies in the need to find out the obstacles and difficulties that women face in reaching leadership positions in the universities of Anbar and Fallujah from their point of view. The importance of the research comes from the importance of the role that women play in the university and their vital role in the development of society. The research objectives were summarized in seeking the most important obstacles that face women in reaching leadership positions in the university milieu and the relative weight of these obstacles. Additionally, the study aims to identify the differences in their perception of these obstacles according to the variables of specialization (scientific, humanitarian) and the scientific title (professor, assistant professor, teacher, assistant teacher). The two researchers presented a sample of (144) female teachers from the two universities for the academic year (2019). A questionnaire of (24) item was used to collect the needed data included five domains of obstacles: organizational, scientific, family, material, and personal obstacles. The results showed that the obstacles increase in severity whenever it comes to the organizational, scientific, family, and material aspect, as well as other detailed results related to the differences in these obstacles according to the variables of specialization and the scientific title. The researcher came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
