هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على التحكم الذاتي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وكذلك التعرف على دلالة الفروق على وفق متغير (سنوات الخدمة، التحصيل الدراسي، التخصص) ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس التحكم الذاتي بالاعتماد على نظرية (روجرز)، إذ بلغت عدد فقراته بصيغته النهائية من (35) فقرة وقد تم التاكد من خصائصه السايكومترية وتم تطبيق الأداة على عينة بلغت (400) معلمة تم اختيارهن عشوائيا من معلمات رياض الأطفال التابعة للمديريات العامة لتربية بغداد الرصافة، والكرخ للعام الدراسي 2019-2020 وفي ضوء أهداف البحث الحالي تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) أن عينة البحث الحالي من معلمات رياض الأطفال لديهن تحكم ذاتي. 2) توجد فروق بين معلمات رياض الأطفال في التحكم الذاتي تبعا لمتغير (سنوات الخدمة) ولصالح المعلمات اللواتي لديهن خدمة 11 سنة فما فوق. 3) توجد فروق بين معلمات رياض الأطفال في التحكم الذاتي تبعا لمتغير التحصيل الدراسي ولصالح الشهادة العليا. 4) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التحكم الذاتي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال ولصالح معلمات ذوي التخصص رياض الأطفال. The aim of the current research is to identify the self-control of kindergarten teachers as well as to identify the significance of the differences according to a variable (years of service, academic achievement, specialization). Its final paragraphs consist of (35) paragraphs, and its psychometric properties were verified and the tool was applied to a sample of (400) teachers chosen randomly from kindergarten teachers affiliated to the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad, Rusafa, and Karkh for the academic year 2019-2020. In light of the objectives of the current research, the following results were reached: 1) The current research sample is from kindergarten teachers with self-contro. 2) There are differences between kindergarten teachers in self-control depending on the variable (years of service) and in favor of the teachers who have service of 11 years or more. 3) There are differences between kindergarten teachers in self-control depending on the academic achievement variable and in favor of (higher education). 4) There are statistically significant differences in the self-control of kindergarten teachers in favor of kindergarten teachers.
