ظهر الاهتمام بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي كونه رافدا من روافد التنمية بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية كمؤشر للتنمية الإقتصادية، وأن هذا النوع من التعليم يزود الفرد بالمهارات الأكاديمية والحياتية للوصول لأعلى معدلات المنافسة، والجدير بالذكر أن التكنولوجيا الرقمية في التعليم الثانوي الصناعي أصبحت الشغل الشاغل على الأجندة الدولية، وتزايد الاهتمام بها نظراً لتأثيرها الكبير في التنمية المجتمعية. وتتحدد مشكلة البحث في التعرف على احتياجات سوق العمل من خريجي المدارس الثانوية الصناعية. في ظل التكنولوجيا الرقمية، حيث أن تلك الاحتياجات تمثل حجر الزاوية لصاحب العمل في المؤسسات الإنتاجية وفي ظل التقدم التكنولوجى في الآلات الحديثة والمعدات والتجهيزات داخل المصانع والشركات الانتاجية، ونظراً لتوافر تلك التكنولوجيا الرقمية في أماكن العمل، ولهذا يبحث البحث الحالي في احتياجات سوق العمل لبعض التخصصات والمهارات والأجهزة التكنولوجية التى يحتاجها سوق العمل من الخريج في ظل التكنولوجيا الرقمية. Digital technology in technical education has become concerned about international agenda and increasing attention due to its great impact on community development. This interest in industrial secondary education was a migration after World War II as an indicator of Economic Development that industrial secondary education is a planned program Well through educational decisions and technical expertise to explore the requirements of the profession on the one hand, and as provided by the individual's academic and life skills to reach the highest competition, leadership and preparation for industrial and production fields with giving it full right to complete its education for higher degrees. The research problem is to identify the needs of the labor market from graduates of industrial secondary schools under digital technology. To availability this digital technology in the workplace, and therefore discusses current research in the needs of the labor market for some specialties, skills and technological devices needed by the labor market from graduate under digital technology.
