هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن المشكلات الإدارية والفنية التي تواجه معلمي ومعلمات المملكة العربية السعودية في برامج التدريب عن بعد، والحلول المقترحة للتغلب على هذه المشكلات، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، مستخدما أداة الإستبانة. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المملكة العربية السعودية والبالغ عددهم (525110) معلماً ومعلمة، وكانت عينة الدراسة مكونة من (407) معلماً ومعلمة، وقد بينت أبرز نتائج الدراسة أن المشكلات الإدارية والفنية التي تواجه معلمي ومعلمات المملكة العربية السعودية في برامج التدريب عن بعد كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وأن أبرز هذه المشكلات الإدارية تمثلت في ضعف آليات متابعة الإقتراحات في مراكز التدريب، وصعوبة تقييم مستوى التفاعل لدى المعلمين والمعلمات في البرامج التدريبية عن بعد. كما تمثلت أبرز المشكلات الفنية في عدم توافر الدعم الفني المباشر لحل المشكلات التي تواجه المعلمين والمعلمات، وصعوبة التسجيل في بعض البرامج التدريبية عن بعد لزيادة الطلب عليها عبر الموقع. كما أوضحت الدراسة أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس - عدد سنوات الخبرة)، وكان من أبرز الحلول المقترحة هو إقامة برامج التدريب عن بعد في أوقات مختلفة لمناسبة الجميع، وتجهيز وحدات الدعم المباشر لحل المشكلات التقنية، وتوفير أجهزة حواسيب محمولة بأسعار رمزية للعاملين في التعليم. The study aimed to uncover the administrative and technical problems facing male and female teachers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the distance training programs, and the proposed solutions to overcome these problems, and the study adopted the descriptive survey approach, using the questionnaire tool. The study population consisted of all the teachers (of both genders) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who are in total (525110) teachers, and the study sample covered (407) teachers, and the most prominent results of the study showed that most of the problems facing Saudi male and female teachers in distance training programs were, to a large extent, the administrative and technical problems. The most prominent of these administrative problems were poor mechanisms for following up suggestions in training centers, and the difficulty of interaction level assessment of teachers in distance training programs. The most outstanding technical problems were the lack of direct technical support to solve the problems facing teachers of both genders, and the difficulty of registration in some distance training programs due to the increasing demand for them on the website, and the study also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the study sample individuals due to variables (gender - years of experience). Among the most outstanding solutions proposed were the establishment of distance training programs at different times to suit everyone, equipping direct support units to solve technical problems, and providing portable computers at nominal prices for education workers.
