بعنوان تفعيل دور الإعلام المدرسي بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمصر في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول، ومشكلة البحث في فلسفة الإعلام المدرسي؟ والاحتياجات التربوية للتلاميذ ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؟ وما واقع الإعلام المدرسي وما الصعوبات التی تحد من دوره؟ وما خبرات بعض الدول لدور أنشطة الإعلام المدرسي؟ وتنبع أهمية البحث من الطلاب ذوی الاحتياجات الخاصة وتتمثل حدود البحث مدارس الصم والبكم، والمكفوفين بالقليوبية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتمثلت مصطلحات البحث في التطوير - الإعلام المدرسي -ذوی الاحتياجات الخاصة ونتائج البحث یقوم بخدمة وتبسيط المناهج الدراسية بصورة غیر منتظمة كما أوصى أن یكون بالمدارس أماكن مجهزة لممارسة العمل الاعلامي.
