هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج مقترح يرتكز على نظرية تجهيز المعلومات فى تنمية مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية فى العلوم ومستوى الطموح العلمي لدى طلاب شعبة الكيمياء والفيزياء بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم برنامج يرتكز على نظرية تجهيز المعلومات لطلاب شعبة الكيمياء والفيزياء بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر، كما تم إعداد أدوات القياس والتى تمثلت فى بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية فى العلوم، ومقياس الطموح العلمي، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من مجموعة من طلاب شعبة الكيمياء والفيزياء بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر، درست برنامج يرتكز على نظرية تجهيز المعلومات، ثم مقارنة نتائج مجموعة البحث من خلال البيانات التى تم الحصول عليها من تطبيق بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية فى العلوم، ومقياس الطموح العلمي قبليا وبعديا، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد مجموعة البحث فى التطبيقين القبلى والبعدى لكل من بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تصميم الإختبارات الإلكترونية فى العلوم ومقياس الطموح العلمي لصالح التطبيق البعدى، كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين متوسطى درجات أفراد مجموعة البحث فى التطبيق البعدى لكل من بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية ومقياس مستوى الطموح العلمي. The aim of this research was to identify the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the theory of information processing in developing the skills of designing electronic tests in science and the level of scientific ambition among students of the Department of Chemistry and Physics at the Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University. To achieve this, a program based on the theory of information processing has been designed to be applied on a group of students of the Chemistry and Physics Department of the College of Education Al-Azhar University. To assess the results of the program, two instruments have been utilized, an observation sheet of the electronic tests designing skills in science, and a scale for scientific ambition and the two instruments have been used for pre and post assessment. The results reached proved that there were statistically differences between the pre-and-post administrations of the two instruments in favour of the post administration. In addition, there was a significant relationship between the mean scores of the participants of the study on both the electronic test designing skills and the scientific ambition.
