هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري الذى يحكم الذكاء الاستراتيجي في الفكر الإداري المعاصر، من حيث المفهوم، الأهمية، الأهداف، نماذج الذكاء الاستراتيجي، أبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي والتعرف على الإطار النظري الذى يحكم إدارة الأزمات المدرسية في الفكر الإداري المعاصر من حيث المفهوم، الأهمية، استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات ومراحل إدارة الأزمات. تمثلت عينة الدراسة الميدانية في مجموعة ممثلة للمعلمين والإداريين بالمدارس الثانوية العامة داخل محافظة الدقهلية وبلغ حجم العينة (400) فرداً، منهم (270) معلماً و(130) إدارياً. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وكان من نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1) نقص الفهم والوعي بالمداخل الإدارية الحديثة مثل الذكاء الاستراتيجي وأهميته وأدواره وأبعاده. 2) افتقار المدرسة إلى قادة مبدعين يساعدون في رسم المسار لحلول جذرية للأزمات التي تواجه المدرسة. 3) افتقار المدرسة لنوع من العلاقات الإيجابية بين المدير والعاملين بالمدرسة. The study aims to identify the theoretical frame which controls strategic intelligence in the modern administrative intellect of concept, importance aims and patterns of strategic intelligence dimensions of strategic intelligence and identify the theoretical frame which control the management of school crises and the obstacles of management of school crises and laws the sample of the study is represented in the group of teachers and administrators at general secondary schools inside Dakhalia Governorate and the size of the sample is estimated at (400 people) among whom are (270) teachers (130) administrators. The study uses the descriptive approach and represented the study tools in question airing addressed to the sample of teachers and administrators at general secondary schools in Dakhalia Governorate and one of the study results is the following investigating understanding and awareness of modern administrative approaches like strategic intelligence with its importance, roles and dimensions. School lack of creative leaders helping to draw up a path for radical solutions to crises that face school. School lack of some kind of positive relation between the manager and the employees at school. (Published abstract)
