هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على الإبداع الإداري لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تمّ تطوير استبانة معتمدة على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقية معامل الثبات لها، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع مديرات رياض الأطفال بالكويت. وقد تم تحديد العينة من خلال طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وبلغ عددها وقوامها (350) مفردة، بواقع (82) إدارية، و(268) معلمة، وتمت مراعاة المتغيرات الديموجرافية لعينة الدراسة، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي حزمة البرمجيات الواردة في برنامج (SPSS)، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج يمكن إيجازها فيما يلي: أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود سياسات وتشريعات تدعم قواعد العمل وتساعد في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، واتضح ذلك من خلال وجود العبارة التي تنص على أن مديرة رياض الأطفال تتمسك بتطبيق اللوائح والقرارات المنظمة للعمل في المرتبة الأولي بوزن نسبي (66.40%)، ومتوسط حسابي (3.32)، ودرجة تحقق "موافق بشدة، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود روح الفريق بين كافة العاملين بالمؤسسة، واتضح ذلك من خلال وجود العبارة التي تنص على أن مديرة المؤسسة تجتمع مع العاملين بصفة دورية لعرض التوجهات والإجراءات التنفيذية والمتجددة دائما في المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (59%)، ومتوسط حسابي (2.95)، ودرجة تحقق "موافق".
