The research aimed to identify the role of creative leadership in applying the dimensions and mechanisms of organizational agility in technical and industrial secondary schools in Sharkia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and designed a questionnaire to measure the reality of creative leadership and another to measure the dimensions and mechanisms of organizational agility. The study population and sampled consisted of the three-year technical secondary education schools in Sharkia Governorate affiliated to the Manpower Development and Skills Enhancement Project in cooperation with the National Competitiveness Council funded by the United States of America (WISE) and the schools affiliated with the Technical Education and Vocational Training Reform (TEVT) project. The results is a direct relationship between the two variables of the research, the higher the rate of creative leadership practices in the industrial secondary school, the higher the degree of organizational agility, and the lower the creative leadership practices, the lower the degree of organizational agility with its elements, mechanisms and dimensions as well, and the reason for this is the speed of response of creative leaders to any sudden changes in both the internal and external environment of the school, where it pursues innovative and creative solutions that keep pace with unexpected market fluctuations sometimes, as organizational agility depends on the speed of sensing and responding to current and potential challenges and changes while providing joint responsibility in decision-making based on highly qualified work teams in business organization and implementation, which transforms the school into industry and automatically leads it from being a traditional school to a distinguished agile school that achieves competition with its counterpart schools. The research recommended the dissemination of a school culture that encourages innovation and creativity in developing work methods and procedures, and supporting the school leadership for innovative ideas in the development of industrial school services, with attention to the agility of school administrative decisions, and indicators of school agility towards the market, while overcoming the challenges of organizational agility in the school and paying attention to agility indicators school business operations by motivating the school’s human cadres to achieve the elements and dimensions of agility and develop the school’s highly efficient technology capacity.
