هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة العلاقة بين استراتيجيات مواجهة صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني، وصعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني، والصمود النفسي، وكذلك الفروق في استراتيجيات مواجهة صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني والصمود النفسي لدى عينة عددها (80) من الطلاب الموهوبين في المرحلة الثانوية، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (15-18) عاماً، وتم تطبيق مقياس استراتيجيات مواجهة صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني إعداد الباحث، ومقياس صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني (إعداد جاتي Gati، 2001، ترجمة الباحث)، ومقياس الصمود النفسي لدى الموهوبين (إعداد الباحث). وتبين من نتائج البحث وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين استراتيجيات مواجهة صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني، وصعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني، والصمود النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة، كما تبين وجود فروق في أبعاد استراتيجيات مواجهة صعوبات اتخاذ القرار لصالح الإناث في (الاعتماد على الآخرين، الانسحاب، والتردد) ولصالح الذكور في (الحرص، الاندفاع، والتأجيل) ووجود فروق في الصمود النفسي لصالح الذكور. The current research aims to investigate the relationship between coping strategies difficulties of career decision making and resilience with gifted, and differences between male and female in strategies of coping difficulties of career decision making and psychological resilience, The sample consists of (80) students with gifted age between (15-18) years in secondary school, the researcher applied coping strategies difficulties of career decision making scale by the researcher, and decision making difficulties scale by Gati, 2001, and psychological resilience scale for gifted by the researcher. The results showed statistically significant correlation between coping strategies difficulties of career decision making, and decision making difficulties, and resilience with gifted, There are significance differences in coping strategies of career decision making in dimensions: (depending on others, withdrawal, and Indecisiveness) in favor of female, and in (Vigilance, Impulsiveness, Procrastination) in favor of male, and there are significance differences in psychological resilience in favor of male.
