تكمن أهمية البحث في استخدام إستراتيجيتي التنافسي الذاتي والجماعي في تعلم بعض المهارات الجمناستك لتكون وسيلة معبرة تستخدم من قبل المدربين لتحقيق أفضل النتائج. وكانت اهداف البحث: 1) معرفة تأثير إستراتيجيتي التنافس الذاتي والجماعي في تعلم بعض المهارات في الجمناستك. 2) معرفة أفضل أسلوب تنافسي في تعلم بعض المهارات في الجمناستك الفني. وكانت اهم الاستنتاجات: أن أساليب التدريس الثلاث (أسلوبي التنافس الذاتي والجماعي) والأسلوب المتبع من قبل المدرس هي أساليب فعالة في التعلم للمهارتين المبحوثة في الجمناستك ولكن بنسب مختلفة. وتم التوصية بـ: تعميم استخدام الاستراتيجيات وبعض الوسائل التعليمية في قاعات الجمناستك التابعة لكليات التربية الرياضية والمراكز التدريبية. The importance of the research lies in the use of the self and collective competitive strategies in learning some gymnastics skills to be an expressive means used by trainers to achieve the best results. The research objectives were: 1) knowing the effect of the self and group competition strategies in learning some skills in gymnastics. 2) Knowing the best competitive method in learning some skills in artistic gymnastics. The most important conclusions were: the three teaching methods (self-competitive and collective methods) and the method used by the teacher are effective methods of learning for the two skills studied in gymnastics, but in different proportions. It was recommended: disseminating the use of strategies and some educational aids in the gymnastics halls of the faculties of physical education and training centers. (Published abstract)
