تتلخص أهمية البحث من خلال تقديمه عرضا للذكاء الاستراتيجي يتضمن مفهوم الذكاء الاستراتيجي للقادة الكشفيين ولما لهذا الموضوع من ضرورة لا يمكن للقادة اليوم ان تستغني عنها بأي شكل من الإشكال. وتبرز مشكلة البحث بوجود فوارق وتفاوت في المستويات القيادية بين القادة الكشفيين وهذه المهام القيادية التي تواجه القادة بصورة خاصة في وقتنا الحالي، فيجب على القادة إن يكونوا واعين وذو قدرة على التعامل مع الجوالة بأسلوب وطريقة قيادية مبتكرة، ومن أهداف هذا البحث بناء وتطبيق مقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي للقادة الكشفيين في المخيمات الكشفية من وجهة نظر الجوالة، وأستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة البحث، ويتكون مجتمع البحث من جوالة المخيمات الكشفية، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية وتكونت من جوالة المخيمات الكشفية وعددهم (144) جوالا، واستنتج الباحث بناء مقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي الذكاء الاستراتيجي للقادة الكشفيين في المخيمات الكشفية وهناك قدرة لدى القادة على تشخيص أسباب المشكلات والتهديدات والفرص التي يتعرض لها المخيم الكشفي وبالتالي اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لها، أما أهم توصيات الباحث فهي ضرورة المعرفة الواضحة من القادة الكشفيين بأهمية الذكاء الاستراتيجي كأسلوب حديث في إدارة المخيمات الكشفية. The importance of the research is summarized by presenting a presentation of strategic intelligence that includes the concept of strategic intelligence for scout leaders and because this topic is a necessity that leaders today cannot dispense with in any way. Especially in our present time, leaders must be aware and able to deal with the roving in an innovative leadership style and method, and one of the goals of this research is to build and apply the strategic intelligence scale for scout leaders in scouting camps from the perspective of the ranger, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community consists of the scout camp roving, and the sample was chosen by the deliberate method and consisted of the scout camp roving, numbering (144) roving, and the researcher concluded building a measure of strategic intelligence, strategic intelligence for scout leaders in scout camps leaders to diagnose the causes of problems, threats, and opportunities to the scout camp and thus take appropriate decisions. The researcher's most important recommendation is the necessity of clear knowledge from scout leaders of the importance of strategic intelligence as a modern method in managing scout camps.
