مشكلة البحث لكون فعالية رمي القرص من الفعاليات التي تتكون من مجموعة من المراحل الفنية التي تتطلب اتقانها للحصول على افضل انجاز وهو هدف أساس یصبوا إليه كل مدرس ويأتي ذلك من خلال اختيار الأسلوب والتقنيات والوسائل المساعدة التي تتناسب مع إمكانيات واستعدادات وقدرات الطلاب لذا ارتأت الباحثة الولوج في هذه المشكلة من خلال إعداد حقيبة تعليمية بأسلوب التنافس الذاتي لتعليم الأداء المهاري والانجاز لفعالية رمي القرص للطالبات أملا أن يضع هذا البحث جهدا بين أيدي العاملين في العملية التعليمية من اجل الاستفادة منها في تعليم اداء هذه الفعالية، وكانت أهداف البحث إعداد حقيبة تعليمية لتعليم الأداء الفني والانجاز لفعالية رمي القرص للطالبات، والتعرف على تأثير الحقيبة التعليمية بأسلوب التنافس الذاتي في تعلم الأداء المهاري وإنجاز رمي القرص للطالبات، استخدمت الباحثات المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين المتكافئتين (الضابطة والتجريبية) لملاءمته طبيعة هذه الدراسة وأهدافها، على طالبات المرحلة الاولى في كلية التربية للبنات قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الكوفة للعام الدراسي 2018-2019م والبالغ عددهم (41) طالبة، استنتجت الباحثات إن للأسلوب المتبع من قبل المدرس تأثيرا ايجابيا في تعليم المراحل الفنية وإنجاز رمي القرص للطالبات، وإن للحقيبة التعليمية بأسلوب التنافس الذاتي تأثيرا ايجابيا في تعليم المراحل الفنية وإنجاز رمي القرص للطالبات، واوصت الباحثات بضرورة التأكيد على استعمال الحقيبة التعليمية بأسلوب التنافس الذاتي من قبل المدرسين وتشجيعهم على اعتمادها والأخذ بها في التعليم والتدريس، وضرورة اعتماد أساليب واستراتيجيات حديثة بالتعلم ومن ضمنها استخدام التعلم الذاتي بأشكاله المتعددة لكون هذا الأسلوب يعطي الفرصة للمتعلم للإبداع ويحقق طموحه وأيضا ينقل محور العملية التعليمية من محور المعلم إلى محور المتعلم. The research problem is that the effectiveness of discus throwing is an activity that consists of a group of technical stages that require mastery in order to obtain the best achievement, and it is a basic goal that every teacher aspires to. This problem is through preparing an educational bag in a self-competitive method to teach skill performance and achievement for the effectiveness of discus throwing for students, hoping that this research will put an effort in the hands of workers in the educational process in order to benefit from it in teaching the performance of this activity, and the objectives of the research were to prepare an educational bag to teach artistic performance and achievement for the effectiveness of discus throwing for female students, and to identify the effect of the educational bag by means of self-competition in learning skill performance and achievement of discus throwing for female students, the researchers used the experimental approach with two equal groups (control and experimental) to suit the nature of this study and its objectives, on the students of the first stage in the college of education for girls, department of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Kufa for the academic year 2018-2019, whose number is (41) (student, the researchers concluded that the method used by the teacher has a positive effect on teaching the technical stages and the achievement of discus throwing for students, and that the educational bag by the method of self-competition has a positive effect on teaching the technical stages and the achievement of discus throwing to the students, and the researchers recommended the need to emphasize the use of the educational bag in the manner of self-competition. By teachers and encouraging them to adopt and adopt them in education and teaching, and the need to adopt modern methods and strategies for learning, including the use of self-learning in its various forms, since this method gives the learner the opportunity to innovate and achieve his ambition and also move the focus of the educational process from the teacher axis to the learner axis.
