هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على أهم الجدارات الوظيفية اللازمة لمعلمي التعليم العام في مصر لتطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني؛ وذلك من خلال إطار فكري يعكس فلسفة الجدارات الوظيفية، فضلا عن إطار مفاهيمي للتعليم الإلكتروني يبرز خصائصه وأنماطه؛ والكشف عن أطر العلاقة بين الجدارات الوظيفية والتعليم الإلكتروني؛ واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تضمنت ثلاثة محاور رئيسة هي: جدارات استخدام التقنية الحديثة ومصادر المعلومات، جدارات إدارة منصات التعلمالإلكترونية، جدارات التواصل والإرشاد الإلكتروني للطلاب وأولياء أمورهم، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة بلغت (148) خبيرا من أساتذة كليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية؛ وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن نسبة الاستجابة على محاور الاستبانة ككل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وكذا على محاورها الثلاثة الفرعية؛ ثم توصل البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح يتضمن الجدارات الوظيفية اللازمة لمعلمي التعليم العام لتطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني. The research aimed to identify the most important functional competencies necessary for public education teachers in Egypt to implement e-learning. Through an intellectual framework that reflects the philosophy of functional competencies, as well as a conceptual framework for e-learning highlighting its characteristics and patterns and identify the theoretically relationship between functional competencies and e-learning. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which included three main axes: the competencies of using modern technology and information sources, the competencies of managing e-learning platforms, the competencies of communication and electronic guidance for students and their parents. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (148) experts from the faculties of education in Egyptian universities. The research indicated that the response rate on the questionnaire axes as a whole came to a high degree, as well as on its three sub-axes. the research set a suggested proposal that includes the functional competencies necessary for public education teachers to apply e-learning.
