استهدف البحث بيان أهمية تقويم أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة وفوائد هذا التقويم، وإبراز جوانب تقويم الأداء التدريسي ومهاراته، وتحديد معايير تطبيق أسلوب تقويم الزملاء، وضوابط أسلوب تقويم الطلاب للأداء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في ضوء الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة، وبيان معوقات تطبيق کلا الأسلوبين بجامعة الأزهر. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف البحث. ثم وضع الباحث رؤية مقترحة لتطبيق أسلوبي تقويم الزملاء والطلاب للأداء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأزهر من خلال طرح مجموعة من المعايير والضوابط لتطبيقهما. The research aimed to the importance of evaluating university faculty members and the benefits of this evaluation, highlighting the aspects of evaluating the teaching performance, determining the criteria for applying the method of evaluating colleagues, and the controls of the method of students ’evaluation of the teaching performance of faculty members in light of modern educational trends, and explaining the obstacles to applying both methods at Al-Azhar University. The researcher used the descriptive approach. Then the researcher developed a proposed vision for the application of the two methods of evaluating colleagues and students for the teaching performance of faculty members at Al-Azhar University by proposing a set of standards and controls for their application.
