تتضح أهمية البحث في الارتقاء بعلية المصارعة نحو الأفضل باستخدام الأسلوب التعليمي المناسب الذي يعمل على تنمية أساليب التفكير عامة ومهارات التفكير ألابتكاري خاصة لأنها من أهم أهداف التعليم في مختلف مراحل التعليم وخاصة المبتدئين لتعليم مسكات المصارعة في المدارس التخصصية والأندية الرياضية وبذلك نوفر الجهد ونختصر الزمن في التعليم الصحيح. وكانت أهداف البحث: التعرف على تأثير التعلم بالاستكشاف الموجه في تعليم بعض المسكات بالمصارعة الحرة للمبتدئين.وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات: 1) التعلم بالاستكشاف الموجه من الطرق التعليمية الناجحة والتي حققت أهدفها في تعليم بعض المسكات بالمصارعة الحرة للمبتدئين. 2) التعليم الفردي والذاتي من خصائص التعلم بالاكتشاف الموجه وهو ساعد على تعلم المهارات الصعبة. وتم التوصية: 1) اعتماد التمرينات التعلية وفق التعلم بالاستكشاف الموجه في تعليم بعض المسكات بالمصارعة الحرة للمبتدئين. 2) التأكيد في التعليم للأداء الفني للمسكات بالمصارعة الحرة على التعليم الفردي والذاتي من كونه من خصائص التعلم بالاكتشاف الموجه. The importance of research is evident in the promotion of wrestling for the better by using the appropriate educational method that works to develop methods of thinking in general and innovative thinking skills in particular because it is one of the most important goals of education in various stages of education, especially beginners, to teach wrestling handles in specialized schools and sports clubs, thus light effort and shorten time in education the correct. The research objectives were: recognizing the effect of guided exploration learning in teaching some grips in free wrestling for beginners. The most important conclusions were: 1) learning by exploration directed by successful educational methods that have achieved their goals in teaching some grips in free wrestling for beginners. 2) Individual and self-taught is a characteristic of guided discovery learning, and it helps to learn difficult skills. It was recommended: 1) adoption of ramping exercises according to guided exploration learning in teaching some grips in free wrestling for beginners. 2) Emphasis in education for the artistic performance of grasping free wrestling on individual and self-education as one of the characteristics of guided discovery learning.
