هدفت الدراسة الى بناء وتطبيق مقياس الكشف عن المستوى المعرفي لدى طلبة المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة البصرة لعام الدراسية 2018-2019. كما تضمن مجالات البحث الاتي: 1) المجال البشري: طلبة المرحلة الرابعة للدراسة الصباحية والمسائية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة البصرة لعام الدراسي 2018-2019. 2) المجال المكاني: قاعة الدراسية والرياضية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة البصرة لعام الدراسي 2018-2019. 3) المجال الزماني: من 10/11/2018 لغاية 1/4/2019. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لمعالجة مشكلة البحث وتمثل مجنمع البحث بطلبة المرحلة الرابعة للدراستين الصباحية والمسائية والبالغ عددهم (213) طالبا تم اختيار (85) طالبا لعينة البحث وتوزعوا ثلاثة اقسام بين عينة تطبيق اولي للمقياس لـ (5) طلاب و(50) لعينة البناء و(30) لعينة تطبيق نهائي للمقياس وقد تم بناء المقياس على الاسس العلمية لبناء وتقنينن المقاييس. وقد توصل الباحث لمجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها: يعد المقياس الذي صممه الباحث اداة للكشف عن المستوى المعرفي للطلبة المرحلة الرابعة في لعبة الكرة الطائرة في التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة البصرة للعام الدراسي 2018-2019. وقد اوصى الباحث باعتماد المقياس المعرفي المصمم كأداة لقياس المستوى المعرفي لدى طلبة المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة البصرة للعبة الكرة الطائرة للعام الدراسي 2018-2019. The study aimed to build and apply a scale to reveal the level of knowledge among students of the fourth stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra for the academic year 2018-2019. It also includes the following areas of research: 1) the human field: students of the fourth stage of morning and evening studies at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra for the academic year 2018-2019. 2) The spatial domain: the study and sports hall in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra for the academic year 2018-2019. 3) Time range: from 10/11/2018 to 1/4/2019. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to address the research problem and represented the research complex by the students of the fourth stage of the morning and evening studies, totaling (213) students. (85) students were selected for the research sample and divided into three sections between the initial application sample of the scale for (5) students, (50) for the construction sample, and (30) for the final application sample of the scale the scale was built on the scientific foundations for building and codifying the scales the researcher reached a number of conclusions, including: the scale designed by the researcher is a tool to reveal the cognitive level of students of the fourth stage in the game of volleyball in Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra for the academic year 2018-2019. The researcher recommended the adoption of the cognitive scale designed as a tool to measure the cognitive level of students of the fourth stage in the college of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra for the game of volleyball for the academic year 2018-2019.
