من الأمور التي حظيت بأهمية بالغة في النظم التعليمية هي إعداد الطلبة المدرسين وتهيئتهم لمتطلبات مهنة التدريس التي تسهم في بناء شخصية الفرد وانتاج المورد البشري اللازم لبناء مجتمع مزدهر. ومما لاشك فيه أن امتهان هذه المهنة لا يمكن أن يكون بالتدريس الفوري وإنما يحتاج الى إعداد وأهتمام وتدريب، كونها تقوم على أسس علمية من المعرفة المتخصصة، والمهارات التدريسية المحددة، والممارسات التقنية ومنها التدريس المصغر الذي يمثل الركيزة الأساسية في برامج اعداد الطلبة (المدرسين) بما يؤديه من دور هام في رفع كفاءتهم التدريسية وتحسين أدائهم . لذلك هدف البحث الحالي الى تقديم إطار نظري للتدريس المصغر ودوره في برامج إعداد الطلبة المدرسين. وقد توصلت الباحثة الى استنتاجات عدة منها : 1) أن للتدريس المصغر فاعلية في أكتساب الطلبة المدرسين المهارات التدريسية الأساسية. 2) أن التدريس المصغر يجعل الطلبة المدرسين يمتلكون قدراً مناسباً ومقبولاً من الأتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس. 3) يتيح التدريس المصغر الفرصة أمام الطلبة المدرسين للتقويم الذاتي ويمكنهم من تعديل أدائهم التدريسي الخاص أولاً بأول. One of the things that have been of great importance in educational systems is preparing student teachers and preparing them for the requirements of the teaching profession that contribute to building the personality of the individual and producing the human resource necessary to build a prosperous society. There is no doubt that the profession of this profession cannot be immediate teaching, but requires preparation, attention and training, as it is based on scientific foundations of specialized knowledge, specific teaching skills, and technical practices, including mini-teaching, which represents the main pillar in the programs for preparing students (teachers) with what they perform Of an important role in raising their teaching efficiency and improving their performance. Therefore, the current research aims to present a theoretical framework for micro-teaching and its role in teacher preparation programs. The researcher reached several conclusions, including : 1) The micro-teaching is effective in student teacher acquisition of basic teaching skills. 2) Micro-teaching makes student teachers have an appropriate and acceptable amount of direction towards the teaching profession. 3) Mini-teaching provides an opportunity for teacher students to self-evaluate and enable them to adjust their teaching performance on a go.
