Technology in the educational settings has played a crucial role for learners and teachers alike. It aids the learning process by utilizing some digital tools. However, integrating technology in education is sometimes problematic, especially in certain contexts. To help learners of English as a foreign language improve their language learning at the university level, the integration of technology needs to be examined. This paper tries to investigate how the technological aspects are utilized in the Iraqi universities. A questionnaire is delivered to the forth-year students at the College of Education for Women for the academic year 2019-2020 to conceptualize how technology is integrated and activated in their classes. The aim is to find out some basic information concerning technology integration in improving learning English as a foreign language in the Iraqi educational settings. It is hypothesized that technology is actually integrated in the educational process at the Iraqi universities but with some difficulties and limitations. Data analysis verifies the set hypothesis. The paper ends up with some conclusions. (Published abstract)
