The study aimed to identify the level of motivation among primary school students from the teacher’s point of view and by gender. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher built a scale consisting of (27) items. The study sample reached (200) teachers and teachers were chosen in a simple random way. The tool was verified by the path of apparent honesty by presenting it to the experts and the sincerity of construction and stability in the Alpha Cronbach method. The researcher used to analyze its results a number of statistical means, including the Pearson correlation coefficient and the T-test for one sample. There is no difference between males and females in motivation, and the study came out with a number of recommendations and proposals. (Published abstract)
