يهدف البحث الحالي الى الكشف عن مستوى الشخصية الفعالة، ومدى تأثير أسلوب إرشادي معرفي في رفع مستوى الشخصية الفعالة لدى أولياء الأمور من خلال التحقق من الفرضية الأولى وهي (لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية قبل البرنامج وبعده ، أما الفرضية الثانية وهي لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في رتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة والتجريبية في الاختبار البعدي، وقد اعتمد البحث على التصميم التجريبي، وتبنى الباحث مقياس (فايز عز الدين شلدان 2014) مع بناء برنامج إرشادي معرفي وفق أسلوب التحليل التفاعلي التبادلي. تكونت عينة البحث من (20) فرداً ممن يدخلون البرنامج الإرشادي وحصلوا على أضعف الدرجات على المقياس. وأظهرت النتائج عن وجود مؤشرات ضعف في الشخصية الفعالة لدى أولياء الأمور وكذلك تأثير الأسلوب الإرشادي في تحقيق رفع للشخصية الفعالة من خلال تطبيق الأسلوب المتنوعة التقنيات، ليخلص إلى تبنى عدد من التوصيات منها بإجراء ندوات توعية في المدارس مع أولياء الأمور من أجل رفع مستوى التواصل والتفاعل بين المدرسة والبيت، وعدد من المقترحات منها. The current research aims to reveal the level of active personality, and the impact of a cognitive guidance method in raising the level of active personality among parents through verification of the first hypothesis (there are no statistically significant differences in the ranks of the experimental group degrees before and after the program, the second hypothesis There are no statistically significant differences in the ranks of the control and experimental group in the post-test .The research was based on experimental design, and the researcher adopted the scale (Fayez Ezzeldin Sheldan 2014) with the construction of a guided knowledge program according to the method of interactive analysis, the research sample consisted of ( 20) individuals The results showed that there are indicators of weakness in the effective personality of the parents as well as the impact of the guiding method in achieving the elevation of the active personality through the application of various techniques, to conclude the adoption of a number of recommendations including conducting awareness seminars In schools with parents in order to raise the level of communication and interaction between the school and home, and a number of proposals from them. Les recherches actuelles ont pour objectif de révéler le niveau de personnalité active et l'impact d'une méthode de guidage cognitif sur l'élévation du niveau de personnalité active chez les parents grâce à la vérification de la première hypothèse (il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans les rangs des degrés de groupe expérimentaux avant et après le programme, la deuxième hypothèse Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans les rangs du groupe témoin et du groupe expérimental dans le post-test. La recherche était basée sur un plan expérimental et le chercheur a adopté l'échelle (Fayez Ezzeldin Sheldan, 2014). avec la construction d'un programme de connaissance guidée selon la méthode d'analyse interactive, l'échantillon de recherche était composé de (20) individus. Les résultats ont montré qu'il existe des indicateurs de faiblesse dans la personnalité effective des parents ainsi que dans l'impact de la méthode d'orientation. pour atteindre l'élévation de la personnalité active par l'application de diverses techniques, à conclure l'adoption d'un certain nombre de recommandations, y compris l'organisation de séminaires de sensibilisation dans les écoles avec parents, afin d'améliorer le niveau de communication et d'interaction entre l'école et le domicile, ainsi qu'un certain nombre de propositions de leur part.
