Islam has taken care of the family and its upbringing, and has developed curricula for that stemming from the Noble Qur’an and the noble Sunnah. So he started in his first steps to form a family from choosing a good wife, and set an educational and moral program that includes duties and rights, some of which are obligatory and others from a human perspective, and by forming the small community - the family - the larger community is formed, and by reforming the family there will be community reform, and in the Islamic curriculum I have taken a moderation between The spouses, there is no excess or negligence in the duties and rights of one of them. And Islam differs from all other religions that took a different course from Islam. The Mosaic law was carved to the strictness of it, whereby marriage was obligated to people.
