The research aims: 1) Preparing educational exercises using small-sized circles aimed at learning some grips for standing for freestyle wrestlers. 2) Learn about the effect of educational exercises using small circles in some standing grips for freestyle wrestlers. Research Hypothesis: Didactic exercises using small circles have a positive effect on some standing grips of freestyle wrestlers. Research areas: The human field: Adhamiya wrestlers in freestyle wrestling at ages (10-12) years. Time range: from 1/12/2019 to 29/12/2019. Spatial domain: the wrestling hall of the Adhamiya Sports Club. The experimental method was used, and the research sample was selected from Al-Adhamiya Sports Club wrestlers, aged (10-12) years. The results of the tests proved the validity of the educational curriculum followed in the research, and its effectiveness in influencing the learning of the grips under study. It was recommended to include exercises according to small circles in the wrestling game as a training or educational method within the vocabulary of the training or educational unit.
