The aim of the research is to reveal the degree of availability of requirements for applying e-learning in teaching practical education and from the point of view of a sample of practical education teachers in the Iraqi governorates of Baghdad and Babil. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (70) items distributed into 5 areas, and the study sample consisted of (174) teachers and schools chosen randomly during the first semester of 2021/2020 and to answer the study questions, the researcher used several statistical methods to process the data and convert them into quantitative values. It is easy to analyze and interpret, and among these statistical treatments are arithmetic averages, calibration deviations, and three-way ANOVA analysis. The results of the study indicated that the degree of the total availability of the requirements of e-learning in teaching practical education was medium, as the requirements for applying e-learning related to the practical education teacher came first, followed by In the second place is the requirements for the application of e-learning related to the student, then the requirements for the application of e-learning related to the curricula, and in the fourth place the requirements for e-learning related to organizational and technical matters, and the requirements for the application of e-learning in the educational environment came in the last place. Related electronic the teacher is proud of the training courses and for the benefit of male teachers who have taken training courses in the field of computer. The researcher recommended increasing the number of specialized courses in the field of computer and information technology, such as ICDL courses, ENTEL courses and other courses that enable practical education teachers to acquire the skills of applying e-learning.
