هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على المضامين التي يحملها أساتذة الجامعة في شكل آراء، معتقدات، أفكار واتجاهات حول المقاربة بالكفاءات، والمكونة في مجملها بما يعرف بالتصور الاجتماعي وتمثلت فرضية الدراسة فيما يلي: طبيعة التصورات التي يحملها أساتذة الجامعة نحو المقاربة بالكفاءات سلبية. تمثلت عينة الدراسة في مجموعة من أساتذة جامعة قالمة، والذين بلغ عددهم 20 فردا، وبعد جمع وتحليل البيانات تم التوصّل إلى النتائج التالية: تصورات أساتذة الجامعة نحو المقاربة بالكفاءات مبنية على معارف ومعلومات علمية، بالإضافة إلى أفكار سلبية مستوحاة من أحكام مسبقة نابعة عن المحيط الثقافي والإجتماعي. The purpose of this study was to identify the content of the social perception of the competency approach among university teachers in the form of opinions, beliefs, ideas and attitudes. The hypothesis of this study was: The nature of the perception of skills among university teachers is negative. Twenty teachers from the University of Guelma were the sample of this study and the results were as follows: the perception of university teachers with respect to the knowledge based approach, scientific information, and negative ideas that inspire prejudices arising from the cultural and social environment. L'objectif de cette étude était d'identifier le contenu de la perception sociale de l'approche par compétence chez les enseignants d'université sous forme d’opinions, de croyances, d'idées et d’attitudes, L’hypothèse de cette étude était la suivante: La nature de la perception des compétences chez les enseignants d’Université est négative. 20 enseignants de l'Université de Guelma constituait l’échantillon de cette étude et dans les résultats étais les suivantes: La perception des enseignants d'université à l’égard de l’aproche fondé sur les connaissances, l’information scientifique, ainsi que les idées négatives qui inspirent des préjugés découlant de l’environnement culturel et sociale.
