یتناول البحث كیفیة استثمار الإمكانات التكنولوجیة الحدیثة، لاتخاذ خطوة فى طریق التطویر والتحدیث للعملیة التعلیمیة وتحسین وتنمیة أداء أطرافھا، وذلك من خلال تطبیقات بعض أدوات الویب 2.0 في العملية التعلیمیة، وبناء على ذلك یقوم الباحث بإنشاء مدونة إلكترونیة (blog) على الإنترنت، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة (Group) على موقع الفیسبوك (Facebook)، وإنشاء بیئة تعلیمیة لتدریس مادة التصویر لطلاب الفرقة الثالثة بقسم التربیة الفنیة بكلیة التربیة النوعیة جامعة بور سعید، من خلال تطبیق استراتیجیة تدریس تشمل مجموعة من المقالات والمحاضرات الالكترونية والمسجلة عبر موقع اليوتيوب (YouTube) وعروض تقديمية وصور توضيحية وشرح لطرق تنفيذ وأداء الاساليب والتقنيات والصياغات التشكيلية التي تتضمنها الأجزاء التطبيقية المهارية، وإرشادات تعليمية من خلال البريد الإلكتروني أو التواصل المباشر عبر الفیس بوك، كما سیتضمن خطوات تنفیذ العمل الفني، وتبادل الآراء والتقویم المستمر، وبذلك یمكنتلبية جميع احتياجات المتعلم. This research deals with how to invest modern technological capabilities to take a step in the way of development and modernization of the educational process and to improve and develop parties performance by using some of the Web 2.0 tools in the educational process applications. Therefore the researcher set up a Blog email on the internet in addition to group on the site Facebook and the establishment of the decision of the drawing and learning environment for the student of art education Port Said University through the strategy of teaching includes a collection of essays and electronic lectures and recorder across site (YouTube) and presentation illustration explanation of the methods of implementation and performance styles fine and techniques and formulation contained parts of applied skills and educational guidance through e-mail or direct communication through Facebook will also include steps to implement communication through Facebook will also include steps to implement the technical work and exchange views and continuous calendar and thus can meet all the needs of the learn.
