E-learning is a cutting-edge style of what shows a new style of self-education. Which adjusts the learner behavior through an educational program Leads the learner step by towards the desired learning. Given that any work of art in any form of fine arts depends on the dynamic organization of the elements of art. In order to introduce skills, the importance of research in the current study were the direct impact of e-learning in the acquisition of technical concepts and retain textured art elements of the department of art education students. Fine appointed included on the first year student in the Department of Art Education - Faculty of Arts University of Babylon for the academic year 2012-2013 totaling 40 students. This study used the search tool in the achievement test material elements of art in an objective technical configuration elements and foundation configuration Alphena. Astkhaddm researcher samples T-test for independent samples and the person correlation coefficient statistical means. The search result exceeds the experimental group which studied the way that eLearning to the control group which studied the traditional way to learn the traditional concepts and retain textured art elements the reason for this is that computer use multiple electronics media and the internet has had a clear impact to attract students in tersest and attention and increased interest article study interact with.
