E-learning is a cutting-edge style of what shows a new style of self-education. Which adjusts the learner behavior through an educational program Leads the learner step by towards the desired learning. Given that any work of art in any form of fine arts depends on the dynamic organization of the elements of art. In order to introduce skills, the importance of research in the current study were the direct impact of e-learning in the acquisition of technical concepts and retain textured art elements of the department of art education students. Fine appointed included on the first year student in the Department of Art Education - Faculty of Arts University of Babylon for the academic year 2012-2013 totaling 40 students.
