The objective of this research is to study the issue of e-learning and what are the challenges facing its implementation in the Arab world. Applying of this education is the best solution to treat the imbalance that limits development in the Arab countries and to keep undercutting margin developing country under the name; what adds on Arab communities in upgrading the educational and cultural level with our work and diligence Jointly and perseverance we can get, achieve our goals no matter what difficulties we faced and we must try homeland gave us a lot and it’s time to change, to succeed, to develop.
