The aim of this research is to identify a list of technological skills needed to solve mathematics learning problems in interactive learning environments facing secondary learners. In addition to reviewing the relevant educational literature, the questionnaire was applied to five teachers, mentors and nine educational technology experts. The results of applying the questionnaire to the students showed support for the fact that all axes are considered to be problems of learning mathematics in interactive learning environments to a medium degree, except the axis of problems related to the search for mathematics information, which was considered by students to be a big problem, and then included All the items of the questionnaire in the list of problems, and through the list of problems reached the researcher was able to identify a list of technological skills needed to solve the problems of learning mathematics in interactive learning environments, and the researcher recommended the need to develop strategies to integrate the development of this profession Rat in the teaching of mathematics at the secondary level decision.
