هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى الإسهام النسبي لكل من للرسائل التحذيرية للمعلمين وأهداف الشخصية المثلي في التنبؤ بالاندماج الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طالبات كلية التربية جامعة القصيم، تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (194) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية جامعة القصيم قسم علم النفس، اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس الرسائل التحذيرية للمعلمين، مقياس أهداف الشخصية المثلي، مقياس الاندماج الأكاديمي، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات (المرتفعات، المنخفضات) على مقياس الرسائل التحذيرية للمعلمين في الاندماج الأكاديمي، كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات (المرتفعات، المنخفضات) على مقياس أهداف الشخصية المثلي في الاندماج الأكاديمي، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بالاندماج الأكاديمي من خلال أحد أبعاد مقياس الرسائل التحذيرية للمعلمين وهو (التحدي)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إمكانية التنبؤ بالاندماج الأكاديمي من جميع أبعاد أهداف الشخصية المثلي لدى طالبات الجامعة. The present study aimed at identifying the relative contribution of both fear appeals to teachers and the personal best (PB) goals in predicting the academic engagement among Qassim University female students in a sample of the students of the Faculty of Education, Qassim University. The sample of the basic study consisted of 194 students from the Faculty of Education, Qassim University, the results of the study included a statistically significant difference between the averages of the students' degrees (highlands and lowlands) on the scale fear appeals to teachers in academic engagement. The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the students (highlands and lowlands) on the scale personal best (PB) goals in academic engagement. The results of the study also revealed the possibility of predicting academic engagement through one dimension of fear appeals to teachers (the challenge). And the results of the study showed the possibility of predicting academic engagement of all dimensions of the personal best (PB) goals of the university students. (Published abstract)
