هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين درجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية لدى قادة المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الطائف وعلاقتها بالمناخ المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (357) معلما تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، واستخدم الاستبانة أداة للدراسة مكونة من (58) فقرة موزعة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير المعلمين لدرجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة أقل من 10 سنوات، ولمتغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح فئة أقل من 10 دورات ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المعلمين الحاصلين على البكالوريوس، مع وجود فروق دلالة إحصائيا في تقديرات المعلمين لمستوى المناخ المدرسي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة المعلمين ذوي الخبرة أقل من 10 سنوات، ولمتغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح المعلمين الحاصلين على أقل من 10 دورات، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح فئة البكالوريوس، وفي ضوء النتائج توصي البحث بالاستمرار في ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية في المدارس لما لها من أثر على تحسن موجود مناخ مدرسي إيجابي لدى المعلمين. The study aimed to revealing the correlation relationship between the degree of primary school leaders in Taif governorate practice the administrative transparency and school climate from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher used correlation descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (357) teachers chosen randomly. A questionnaire consisted of (58) items were distributed on five domains of administrative transparency, In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study due to the variable of experience in favor of less than 10 years, and the variable of training courses for less than 10 courses, and the variable of qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree Also there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of experience in favor of less than 10 years, and the variable training courses for less than 10 courses, and the variable of qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree. In the light of the results, the study recommends a number of recommendations, including: Continue to practice administrative transparency in schools because of their impact on the improvement of the school climate.
